We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.
Your role: As a Divisional Manager overseeing demolition, asbestos removal, laser levelling and drainage operations, the role entails providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple specialist teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. You are responsible for overseeing the planning and coordinating of complex works programmes, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring that all demolition and asbestos activities adhere strictly to HSE legislation and environmental standards. This includes maintaining high standards of risk assessment, method statements, and workforce competency. In addition, you oversee the delivery of precision laser levelling and drainage projects, ensuring technical accuracy, quality control and client satisfaction. A key part of the role is liaising with clients, contractors and internal departments, driving performance through KPIs, and continuously improving processes to enhance productivity, safety and commercial outcomes across the division.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations, strategy and performance of the Demolition division to include Demolition, Laser Levelling, Asbestos Removal and Drainage.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity and profitability.
- Develop and implement operational plans, KPIs and performance targets.
- Lead and mentor division staff, including Contract managers and Estimators.
- Analyse market trends to drive business growth and innovation.
- Prepare and manage divisional budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise performance and communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and opportunities, proactively solving problems as they arise.
