We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.
The Earthworks Plant Operative is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy plant and machinery across demolition, civils, bulk earthworks, civil engineering, and land remediation projects. The role involves excavation, ground preparation, material handling, site clearance, and remediation activities in accordance with drawings, method statements, RAMS, and environmental controls. The operative works as part of a multidisciplinary site team to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to specification, while maintaining high standards of health.
