Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR). Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work from heights
- Flexible to work any shift as needed
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and precision
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years manufacturing experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Participate in and actively support all plant initiatives
- Ensure trash is removed from operation and support department areas in a timely manner
- Organize and define tasks with minimal supervision
- Participate in inspections and zone audits
- Operate equipment associated with trash removal
- Operate material handling equipment
- Clean in a proper and timely manner to ensure safe, quality products
- Clean facility structures including racking, windows, walls and floors
- Clean exterior of the plant and grounds
- Complete miscellaneous master sanitation tasks
- Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements
- Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to work around ingredients and/or finished products known to contain food allergens
