- Advising on HR policies and procedures
- Taking the lead on various change projects
- Producing HR data reports
- Identifying areas of improvement and rolling out new policies and procedures
- Designing and implementing HR policies and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance and enhance operational efficiency
- Overseeing sickness absence management including holidays and sickness reporting
The successful HR Advisor should have:
- Experience working in a HR setting is essential
- Experienced in all Microsoft packages
This is a full time position working: Monday to Friday
Salary: Depending on experience
