Smiths Hire are looking for a self-sufficient Hire Controller / Trade Counter to join the team. Weβre currently in a period of expansion across the business, and we have a fantastic opportunity at our Castleford Hire Centre.
Smiths Equipment Hire are looking for people who are energetic, enthusiastic, and share our values in providing a fantastic customer experience β build relationships and be part of a great team atmosphere.
This role involves working in a depot team to provide outstanding customer service. You will deal with customer enquiries over the phone and face-to-face in the depot, ensuring our customers receive the service they deserve.
Industry knowledge is not required, as we offer full training on products and systems through our bespoke training facility.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (No Saturdays)
