We're currently in a period of expansion across the business, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic in-house Customer Sales Advisor We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who will be responsible for coordinating Equipment Hire requests across the company. Working within the Central Hires Team, located in our Blackpool Head Office you will be dealing with hire enquiries, whilst liaising with depots. Do you enjoy handling inbound customer enquires? Can you process enquiries via a CRM system and support a customers throughout the full sales process to order confirmation? We generate the leads by phone and via online enquiry, then it's down to you and the team to handle the customer needs through to order completion. No hard sell just handling inbound calls from customers who want to work with us. Fully Paid Hire/Product Training provided Opportunities to progress and build a solid career What will the role involve: Dealing with customer sales enquiries in a fast-paced, target driven environment Up-selling relevant Hire products and Training services Generating Hire contracts and arranging equipment to be delivered to site via depot Updating account files on our in-house systems Maintaining a professional image for ourselves and our clients Building and maintaining relationships with national suppliers What skills will you need: Customer focused mind set, with an empathetic caring approach Strong telephone and email sales experience Friendly communication skills Negotiation Skills Ability to navigate a simple CRM in-house system To be successful on this role you will need to be customer service orientated and willing to go the extra mile to help maintain and expand long term relationships with customers.
