Overview
Reports to: Global Training Quality Manager
Smiths Detection is a global leader in threat detection and security screening technology. This role supports the Global Training and Development team in delivering world-class technical training for advanced X-ray detection systems, supporting internal service technicians and external customers across the UK and beyond. Based primarily at the Hemel Hempstead site, you will deliver engaging technical training sessions (in person and virtual) to ensure learners gain practical skills to maintain and operate equipment safely and effectively. Travel to major customer sites (including Heathrow and Gatwick airports) and occasional international work may be required to support global training initiatives.
