Smiths Detection is seeking an experienced Corporate Development Director to drive our inorganic growth strategy.

Reporting to the CFO, this role leads acquisitions, partnerships, licensing, and divestitures, shaping our global technology-led business.

You will work with the Board and senior leadership, perform rigorous financial analysis and valuation, manage end-to-end transactions, and build relationships across functions and geographies from our London HQ.
