We’re looking for kind, reliable and compassionate people to join our domiciliary care team supporting adults to live independently in their own homes across the Hereford area.

As a Care Support Worker, you’ll provide practical help and emotional support to clients who may be elderly, disabled or living with long-term health conditions. Every day is different, and every visit makes a real difference.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
  • Support with meal preparation, shopping, and light household tasks
  • Prompt and assist with medication as required
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes
  • Accurately record visits, care notes, and any observations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office team

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (cost reimbursed)
