Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development, this role is central to shaping our long‑term growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions that enhance our global portfolio and accelerate business performance. This role offers high visibility and regular exposure to senior leadership.
What You Will Do
- Identify, analyze, and develop opportunities for acquisitions, partnerships, and equity investments aligned to corporate strategy
- Evaluate potential targets by conducting market and portfolio gap analyses
- Lead end‑to‑end transaction execution, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, advisors, and stakeholders
- Develop clear, data‑driven recommendations and present findings to senior leadership
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support strategic initiatives and drive long‑term growth
What You Need to Be Successful
- 10+ years in progressive M&A, corporate development, or business development experience within healthcare, technology, or similarly complex industries
- Strong track record of successfully executing transactions in a global, multi‑divisional environment
- Experience in corporate development of a large company, venture capital, or private equity
- Advanced financial acumen, including experience with complex deal structures
- Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and manage external partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess both qualitative and quantitative business opportunities
Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building capabilities
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to operate effectively both independently and within teams
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to navigate complex and evolving deal processes
