We are looking for a Contract Excellence Lead for our International region to join our Commercial Centre of Excellence in Watford. In this influential role, you will shape both our digital contract management platform and the way we design contract content across Europe and Asia Pacific, helping to deliver sustainable and profitable growth for patients, customers and teams. This is a hybrid role based in Watford, United Kingdom.
What will you be doing? In this role you will become the driving force behind our contract management excellence. You will guide the full contract lifecycle, connecting people, systems and processes into a smooth and efficient flow. As the Product Owner for our Contract Lifecycle Management system, you will lead its design, rollout and continuous evolution, translating commercial needs into digital solutions that improve the way we work.
You will collaborate with colleagues across IT, Legal and Commercial functions, build best practices across markets, empower teams to adopt new tools and manage real transformation that supports better pricing governance, greater user experience and stronger relationships with our partners.
What will you need to be successful? Success in this role comes from combining commercial understanding with digital product ownership and the ability to bring people along a journey of change. You enjoy making complexity simple and turning challenges into opportunities for improvement. You are someone who connects easily with people at all levels and brings structure, clarity and momentum to large scale initiatives.
To thrive in this role you will bring:
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working with digital tools in a commercial environment
- A background in the medical device industry, with a solid understanding of working in a regulated environment and how contracts support customers and patients across markets.
- Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, contracting or tendering processes
- Experience with CPQ, CLM, CRM or ERP platforms such as Salesforce, SAP or PROS
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and countries
- Some people leadership experience or a clear interest in developing as a leader
- Fluent English + other European language as a plus
