Production Team Member

Responsibilities
You will be part of a close‑knit production team responsible for running and maintaining complex manufacturing equipment. Tasks include preparing and setting up machines, performing in‑process checks, keeping accurate documentation, and ensuring products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will also collaborate with colleagues and support teams, share knowledge, and propose ideas for safety, quality and performance improvements.
Qualifications
- A strong focus on safety, quality and compliance and the discipline to follow procedures.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment with a willingness to learn.
- Collaborative approach, supporting and coaching colleagues, contributing to a positive team culture.
- Interest in continuous improvement and confidence to challenge ways of working.
- Flexibility to work across different shift patterns, including nights and weekends, with notice when required.
- Flexibility to work from either Hull or Melton site with correct notice.
