In order to achieve this, we are looking for a Field Sales Specialist to join our Robotics Sales team. The role provides specialist sales and implementation support to our customers. This is a national role but it would be advantageous to live within easy access of London, East Anglia and Cambridgeshire.
What will you be doing?
We\’re looking for someone who can partner with our field sales and robotics sales leadership to support our customers across the whole sales lifecycle – including implementation. You\’ll provide demonstrations and training to customers on our robotics portfolio to drive increased utilisation and account growth.
Those that you engage with day in and day out, will rely on you to offer advice, guidance and product knowledge.
The role partners closely with our marketing teams, medical education teams and sales leadership to drive revenue and relationships across the category.
What does success look like?
Success in the role will be determined by revenue of our robotics portfolio. A successful Robotics technical field specialist will have excellent relationships with our customers (both clinical and non clinical). Much of this will happen in hospital theatre environment in our priority accounts, and will assist with the ongoing support of our existing Smith+Nephew customers and help implement business in new accounts.
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Significant experience in a hospital theatre environment is essential.
- Full training will be provided – previous experience / capability in Robotics / Enabling technologies in medical devices is preferred, but not essential.
- Consistent record of success in delivering for customers and patients
- Willingness to travel nationally.
