This is afield-based role, covering the Greater London area, with occasional visits to our Watford HQ.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead the management of the RENASYS NPWT fleet across Greater London.
- Maintain and enhance fleet infrastructure and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with clinical, sales, and customer service teams to ensure optimal device utilisation.
- Analyse fleet data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage lost/damaged device billing and logistics issues with our nominated provider.
- Build and present customer-facing reports on device efficiency and lifecycle.
- Support quarterly customer reviews and contribute to shaping future logistics strategies.
- Utilise CRM tools to manage customer data and streamline communications.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-led decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll need solid experience in logistics management, preferably within the healthcare sector with an ability to navigate complex systems and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
