What will you be doing?

Over two years, you’ll rotate through key functions including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement. Each rotation will immerse you in real-world challenges, giving you hands‑on experience and the chance to lead meaningful projects. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, apply lean and analytical thinking, and present your ideas to senior leaders. Along the way, you’ll build the skills, confidence and perspective needed to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What will you need to be successful?
