As a Lead Business Analyst you will influence strategic direction, partner with senior leaders and be at the centre of high profile initiatives that modernise our global Finance and GBS landscape. What will you be doing? You will become a trusted advisor to Finance and GBS teams, helping them translate strategy into technology enabled change. You will partner with leaders to understand challenges and opportunities, shape ideas into tangible business cases and guide these through governance to secure investment. From there you will stay close to delivery, ensuring technology solutions are designed well, built around business needs and create the value originally intended. Your work will span a blend of strategic roadmap development, deep business analysis, requirements definition and hands on engagement with delivery teams. You will also manage the ERP enhancement pipeline, ensuring priorities reflect business value and future scalability. Through it all you will help simplify processes, champion best practice and support the realisation of measurable benefits.
What will you need to be successful? Success in this role comes through your ability to build strong partnerships, understand how Finance and shared services operate and translate needs into solutions that work in the real world. You will thrive when navigating complexity, supporting multiple initiatives at once and influencing key stakeholders across the organisation. To excel you will need:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working across Finance or IT with complex change programmes
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and platforms, including ERP, EPM, workflow and analytics
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to simplify complexity and create clear, testable requirements
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams
