Join us as an Orthopaedics Product Management Specialist where you will help shape and grow our global Primary Knees portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the centre of innovation, customer insight and commercial strategy in one of our most impactful orthopaedics product areas.
What will you be doing?
- Develop product strategies and annual business plans for the Primary Knees segment, including portfolio life‑cycle management, informed by deep market analysis and voice‑of‑customer insights.
- Lead successful product launches by collaborating with cross‑functional partners on pricing, forecasting, messaging, launch materials and sales training.
- Manage relationships with global surgeon consultants and support innovation and advisory boards.
- Assess new technologies and business opportunities that align with the product platform strategy.
- Create marketing content including surgical techniques, sales materials, surgeon‑focused collateral and digital campaigns.
- Partner with supply, clinical, medical education and regional commercial teams to drive execution and ensure global alignment.
- Conduct customer visits and support commercial teams in top strategic markets.
- Maintain deep market knowledge through research, clinical literature, conferences and KOL engagement.
What will you need to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, business administration, economics, or a related quantitative or commercial discipline required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant marketing / product management experience, preferably in the medical device industry; orthopaedics experience is a plus.
- Ability to develop and execute product or franchise strategies.
