The Productivity Senior Project Engineer is a key technical professional responsible for leading strategic productivity initiatives across the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) franchise. This role requires a highly capable project leader with strong technical expertise, proven stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional technical teams to successfully deliver major projects on time and within budget.

What you will be doing?

  • Plan and execute projects in alignment with the project governance framework, including the creation and maintenance of project plans and business cases, while meeting all reporting requirements.
  • Undertake routine activities such as Technical Studies, Engineering Trials, and Change Control Activity (15%).
  • Confidently present information to cross-functional audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams (5%).

What will you need to be successful?

  • A degree in Engineering or Science.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a science, technical, engineering, or project management role, ideally with knowledge of GMP, ISO9001, and ISO13485.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage change and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience managing stakeholders including external suppliers and manufacturing operations.
