We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well qualified candidate to join our team of Teaching Assistants in a successful and forward‑thinking department. You will work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction or instruction of teaching and/or senior staff, inclusive of specific individual learning needs, enabling access to learning for all pupils and providing assistance and support in classroom management and behaviour techniques.

You will have the ability to support the teacher in planning, delivering and evaluating learning activities to ensure effective teaching and learning, and the ability to give feedback in a constructive manner. You will be able to contribute to positive relationships with pupils and adults through communication and interaction and provide effective support for colleagues through differentiation and a proactive approach in and out of a classroom setting.
