The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will be responsible for conducting effective business development for our training business, as well as working closely with our expert technical presenters and marketing team to create and deliver high-quality technical training courses for our clients. The ideal candidate will develop and grow with this role and will have the opportunity and scope to really drive the training business forward. You will lead and drive business development through understanding our clients’ needs, focusing on developing new and existing relationships, and entering new market sectors to increase our business presence and delegate numbers.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing high quality technical training in collaboration with our consultants
- Leading and driving the training business in the pursuit of increasing delegate numbers and course sales
- Collaborating with the consultancy, operations and marketing teams to ensure promotional activities deliver optimum revenues
- Administering and managing training activities and courses to ensure smooth execution of events (both face to face and online)
Who we're looking for?
- A confident commercially aware individual with experience working in a commercial training business or similar
- An ability to plan, organise, coordinate, and supervise varied and complex projects
- Knowledge of polymer industry desirable, but not essential
- Self-driven, results orientated and have a clear focus on customer relationships and business profit
