We are currently looking for an office coordinator to join our busy primary packaging and materials testing department. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our operation β perfect for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly, solving problems, and bringing structure to a busy environment.
As our Office Coordinator, you will be the go-to person who keeps the department moving. Main responsibilities include:
- Prepare, format and issue clear, professional reports and proposals
- Update and maintain Customer Relationship Management system
- Provide essential financial administration support, including raising purchase orders and liaising directly with clients to resolve queries
- Work closely with our finance team to arrange credit checks and payments
- Absence cover on reception
- Oversee stock control to ensure resources are available as needed
