What You’ll Be Doing
- Working within the Digital team, you’ll be involved in a mix of data research, marketing operations, and CRM‑focused work, including:
- Research and build high‑quality data on companies and contacts to support business priorities
- Use online tools to gather and enrich information
- Support data quality checks, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Work with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and pipeline tracking
- Support the day‑to‑day running and development of our CRM system (Dynamics 365)
- Maintain accurate and well‑structured data
- Assist with system improvements, workflows, and automation
- Provide first‑line support to users
- Get exposure to emerging AI tools and technologies
- Support initiatives to improve efficiency and lead generation through data and automation
