The Role
As Site Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Safe, compliant, and fully operational site infrastructure
- Facilities, utilities, and statutory compliance
- Asset lifecycle planning and capital projects
- Contractor governance and performance
- Health & Safety compliance within facilities
You will empower teams by creating highâperforming environments that enable operational excellence, while leading major projects and acting as HSE Coâordinator when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage buildings, infrastructure, and ancillaries
- Maintain asset registers and lifecycle plans
- Drive preventative maintenance and continuous improvement
- Deliver major projects on time and budget
- Manage contractors and consultants to compliance standards
- Act as HSE Coâordinator on largeâscale works
Commercial & Compliance Oversight

Candidate Profile
You will bring:
- Experience managing facilities or technical sites
- Oversight of contractorâled capital projects
- Knowledge of UK HSE, statutory, and fire safety regulations
- Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
- Leadership, accountability, and problemâsolving under pressure
Desirable: Facilities, Engineering, or Construction qualification; IOSH/NEBOSH; PRINCE2/PMP.
