What you’ll do
- As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to manage the full recruitment process from start to finish, working with schools, colleges and training providers across the UK.
- You’ll be trained to:
- Develop new business and build strong client relationships
- Source and interview candidates
- Match the right people to the right roles
- Manage placements, offers and negotiations
- Work towards clear targets with support from your team and manager
