What does a 360 Recruitment Consultant do?

Specialising in the Education & Training sector, day to day, you will be trained to:

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Win new business and negotiate business terms
  • Build relationships with candidates
  • Identify new opportunities within the market
  • Organise interviews
  • Negotiate salaries and rates
  • Close deals and earn commission!!

This role is incredibly fast-paced.

So, what are we looking for?

We hire on attributes as opposed to experience. Across our current top billers, we have graduates fresh from university alongside individuals who have spent a few years in a range of careers including the Forces, hospitality, teaching, sales and even professional sport. If you can show:

  • 2:1 + in any subject OR 2 years commercial experience in any setting
  • A strong work ethic
  • Hunger to earn money & be successful
  • Competitive personality
  • Excellent ability to build rapport
  • Desire to grow in a long term career

What we offer:

  • Starting basic salary of £26k PLUS £2k commission guaranteed in advance whilst you build your commission pipeline = £28k from Day 1
  • Up to 20% commission
