For many years, we’ve partnered with FE colleges, sixth forms and training providers across the UK, supplying high-quality teaching and support staff across a broad range of subject areas. As a Recruitment Consultant within our Further Education division, you will manage and grow your own desk within the national FE market. This is a sales-focused, relationship-led role offering strong earning potential and clear progression. You’ll build partnerships with colleges across the UK, sourcing and placing high-quality candidates into temporary and permanent roles. From business development and candidate attraction through to placement and account management, you’ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle. You’ll benefit from a strong reputation, established systems and experienced leadership while maintaining the autonomy to build and scale your own desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with FE colleges and training providers nationwide
- Generate new business opportunities
- Source, interview and place candidates
- Manage temporary and permanent recruitment assignments

Trainee Consultants

Experienced Consultants

Experience within education or Further Education is advantageous but not essential.

- £26,000 - £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
