The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within our Further Education division, you will manage and grow your own desk within the national FE market. This is a sales-focused, relationship-led role offering strong earning potential and clear progression. You’ll build partnerships with colleges across the UK, sourcing and placing high-quality candidates into temporary and permanent roles. From business development and candidate attraction through to placement and account management, you’ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle. You’ll benefit from a strong reputation, established systems and experienced leadership — while maintaining the autonomy to build and scale your own desk.
