Role Overview: This is an exciting and broad-based new position with a balance of product stock management control and customer account management administration tasks which provides an interesting variety of key business tasks and responsibilities. These will include:

  • Managing product stock levels in line with sales forecasts and incoming newly manufactured stocks to ensure all customer orders are maximised.
  • Accurate maintenance of SAP and Arkania systems.
  • Checking all incoming customer payment receipts against invoices to ensure accurate reconciliation.
  • System updates and managing credit control and new accounts in line with agreed trading terms.
  • Preparing aged debtor management reports.

Key to their success is a small but dedicated collaborative team where this new role will also provide cover for commercial administration activities including customer order processing, resolving order/delivery queries, and managing any relevant complaints. The position is office based with an optional one day per week home working flexibility.

About You: Living within easy accessibility to Norwich south, you have a minimum of 2 years office-based business administration experience which may have been gained within either a customer service, stock management or finance functional administrative role. Comfortable working with internal IT led administration systems (Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP etc. Training provided!), you have strong accuracy, attention to detail and are experienced with general office practices with strong communication abilities.
