SmithBrewer is looking for a senior, commercially intelligent growth leader to help shape the next phase of our business. This is not a traditional sales role. We’re not building a call-heavy sales function or chasing volume. We’re investing in experience, network, and judgement.
The opportunity:
- SmithBrewer is a fully integrated commercial design, manufacture, and delivery partner working with leading retail, luxury, and consumer brands.

This role sits at Senior Leadership Team level, working closely with the owners and functional heads across projects, design, print, production, and delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Generate new business through existing relationships and targeted outreach
- Lead senior conversations with brands, consultants, and agencies
- Shape and maintain a high-quality, well-qualified pipeline
- Clearly articulate SmithBrewer’s end-to-end offer, design, engineering, manufacture, logistics, installation
- Sell outcomes: simplicity, control, reduced risk, and commercial performance
- Act as the bridge between market opportunity and internal delivery teams
- Represent SmithBrewer externally with confidence and credibility
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial, growth, or business development role
- Strong network within retail, interiors, construction, design & build, or adjacent sectors
- Comfortable operating at board and senior stakeholder level
- Track record of winning complex, multi-disciplinary work
- Commercially sharp, relationship-led, and long-term in mindset
- Confident working autonomously, without heavy structure or oversight
