We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team, supporting the coordination and delivery of projects within our National Barrier Asset contract. The Role
- You will support the planning and delivery of multiple projects, working closely with experienced Project Managers and operational teams. This will involve a mix of office‑based work and occasional UK site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of multiple projects across the UK
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and resource coordination
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and records
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Support project reporting, cost tracking, and procurement activities
- Assist with operational coordination, including transport and mobilisation
- Attend meetings, site visits, and planning sessions
- Support health & safety and compliance processes
About You
- Organised, proactive, and keen to develop within project management
- Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, infrastructure, construction, or events is beneficial
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
