Since 1995, Smith & Western have been serving great tasting fresh food, mouth‑watering cocktails and belly‑busting desserts in our authentically themed restaurants across the South. We are a family run restaurant with over 25 years’ experience. Our passion and drive are still as strong as it was on the day we opened our first restaurant.

Our bartenders prepare and serve drinks in a friendly and warm manner both to customers at the bar and for customers seated in the restaurant. They are masters of bartending, from service and drink preparation to cleaning and inventory control. Always ready with a warm welcome and friendly smile, they know their products and take pride in offering a friendly conversation and knowledgeable recommendation if required.

Shifts vary, and we can offer both full and part‑time positions. Working patterns will include some evening and weekend shifts as that’s our busiest times. At Smith & Western we know how valuable a good bartender is, so while experience is advantageous it’s not essential; common sense, an outgoing personality, and great work ethic are!

Due to licensing restrictions, we require applicants to be over 18.
