Smith & Western is looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our friendly, fast-paced team. We’re an American-themed, family-friendly restaurant known for great service, lively atmosphere, and quality food and drinks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and organising bar rotas to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Counting, monitoring, and maintaining accurate liquor stock levels
