We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our small team.

  • A basic knowledge of property maintenance work and decorating.
  • Familiarity with household electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Be able to carry out maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Be able to provide exceptional customer skills when liaising with our Tenants.
  • A clean driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred as following training the candidate will visit properties alone to carry out repairs and assess maintenance issues.
