We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Solicitor or Associate to join our Private Client / Wills and Probate team at our Hanley office in Stoke‑on‑Trent. The ideal applicant will be able to work in an organised and efficient manner, and be experienced in a broad range of matters, to include, but not limited to:
- Taking instructions and drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Dealing with the administration of Estates
- Using Trusts to mitigate residential home fees
- Handling Inheritance Tax as part of the Administration of Estates
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience of drafting Wills and LPAs
- Previous experience of estates
- 0‑4 years PQE within Private Client
- An understanding of asset preservation trusts and Wills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
