What You’ll Do

  • Advise clients on a range of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and cohabitation contracts.
  • Draft key legal documents, including divorce petitions and consent orders.
  • Represent clients at court hearings for matters such as child arrangements and financial settlements.
  • Collaborate closely with our team of experienced family law solicitors to manage a busy caseload.
  • Participate in business development efforts, contributing to the growth of the department.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified solicitor with a strong experience within Family, ideally 5 years PQE+.
  • A proactive and empathetic individual who can manage client relationships with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Experience in handling family law cases with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting clients through complex legal challenges.
