What You’ll Do:
- Advise clients on a range of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and more.
- Draft key legal documents, including divorce petitions and consent orders.
- Represent clients at court hearings for matters such as child arrangements and financial settlements.
- Collaborate closely with our team of experienced family law solicitors to manage a busy caseload.
- Participate in business development efforts, contributing to the growth of the department.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified solicitor with a strong foundation in family law (0-5 years PQE).
- A proactive and empathetic individual who can manage client relationships with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Experience in handling family law cases with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting clients through complex legal challenges.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to the smooth running of the department.
