Based in Watford, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering world-class training experiences for healthcare professionals and colleagues. This is your chance to combine technical expertise with hands-on support in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You’ll provide expert guidance during courses, ensuring healthcare professionals gain the confidence and skills they need. From setting up and troubleshooting equipment to demonstrating surgical instruments and implants, you’ll make learning seamless. You’ll manage specimen stock, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure compliance with strict regulations, all while working closely with teams across Sales, Medical Education, and R&D.
Your role will also involve reviewing SOPs, supporting audits, and staying ahead of surgical techniques to keep our training cutting-edge. Success in this role means being highly organised, flexible, and confident in a fast-paced training environment.
