As a Global Mobility Manager, you will play a key role in enabling employees to build careers across borders, while helping the business make confident, compliant and strategic decisions. Responsibilities
- You will own the end‑to‑end global mobility experience, managing international assignments, relocations and cross‑border moves from initial planning through to completion.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to People teams, Talent Acquisition and business leaders, guiding them towards the best mobility solutions aligned with business goals.
- You will work across a broad range of mobility scenarios including business travel, remote work and long‑term relocations, bringing clarity to complex global compliance requirements.
- You will ensure every move is compliant while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience.
- You will use data and insights to identify trends, improve processes and enhance the overall mobility programme.
- You will contribute to shaping how we operate globally, driving consistency, efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications
- 6 to 9 years of experience in global mobility, with a strong understanding of compliance and risk.
- Knowledge of business travel, remote work and immigration processes, with exposure to US immigration being a strong advantage.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with a practical, solution‑oriented approach.
- Experience with Workday and global mobility technology would be beneficial.
