What will you be doing?

In this year in industry placement running from Sept 2026 for 1 year, you will be immersed in the business, working across corporate communications, employer brand, investor relations and wider corporate functions. A key focus of the role will be content creation, where you will support and deliver engaging content for web and social channels, bringing stories to life through a variety of formats. You will gain hands-on experience creating digital content, developing video and visual assets that reflect our brand. Alongside this, you will play a key role in social media management, supporting planning, scheduling and community engagement, ensuring messaging is aligned and impactful.

As you grow in confidence, you will work closely with the brand team to build your understanding of how brand is applied across a global organisation, gaining valuable exposure to how messaging connects across different areas of the business. You will also support website content updates and learn enterprise level web editing, while developing your analytical skills by tracking performance metrics, contributing to reporting and content optimisation.

What will you need to be successful?

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, creative and excited about building a career in communications. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can learn from experienced professionals and contribute to real work that makes an impact. Completion of at least two years of a Bachelor’s degree ideally in PR, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or a related subject and the ability to consider a year in industry placement from Sept 2026. We are also happy to consider candidates who have completed degree level studies in 2026, and are seeking a post-graduate role.
