This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative UKINOR marketing team where you will contribute to meaningful projects, develop your skills across channels and work closely with commercial teams to support growth across the Advanced Wound Care (AWC) portfolio. This is a 1 year fixed term contract.
What will you be doing? As Assistant Marketing Manager for the Advanced Wound Care UKINOR Cluster, you will play a hands-on role in bringing marketing strategy to life across a diverse and clinically meaningful portfolio. Working closely with UKINOR Marketing Managers, you will support the planning and execution of key initiatives while taking full ownership of defined projects within the marketing plan. Your day-to-day work will span campaign execution across physical and digital channels, product and portfolio support and coordination across markets. You will contribute to new product introductions, support the development of compelling marketing materials and customer communications, and help deliver education programmes, regional events and conferences. You will also support the execution of multichannel campaigns, including digital and social activity, web content updates and targeted communications that help engage customers and drive growth. Alongside this, you will act as a key point of contact for product and marketing queries within the UKINOR cluster, working closely with sales, commercial, regulatory and compliance colleagues to ensure activity is delivered compliantly on time and with impact. You will support budget tracking, agency coordination, performance measurement and reporting, building your commercial understanding and confidence as you go. This is a role that offers variety, exposure to international teams and the opportunity to steadily build autonomy, capability and influence as your career develops. This is a hybrid role which can be based out of Hull or Watford.
What will you need to be successful? Success in this role comes from being organised, curious and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve how marketing is delivered.
- A degree in marketing or a related commercial subject, or equivalent level of practical experience gained in a marketing, sales support or administrative role, ideally within a commercial, MedTech or healthcare environment
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at pace, with strong attention to detail and follow through
- Confidence building relationships and working with stakeholders across functions, markets and levels of seniority
- Strong communication, analytical and digital skills, with a customer focused mindset and a willingness to learn
