As an Incision Specialist covering Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire (ideally based near Oxford and Reading), you’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver advanced post-surgical solutions to the NHS and their patients within the Hospital setting.
This is a fantastic next step for someone with proven experience in medical device sales, looking to deepen their clinical impact and grow their career in a purpose-led organisation.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll be driving sales and profit across our post-operative therapy portfolio by building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- From Surgeons to Clinical Directors to Theatre Managers and Procurement Leads, you’ll engage a wide range of stakeholders to deliver system change proposals and secure long-term partnerships.
- You’ll work collaboratively with your local team and our Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine cross-functional teams to develop and execute a territory business plan; win new Dept and Hospital accounts through surgical intervention / post-operative incision protocols, grow sales with existing protocols, and protect key relationships.
- You’ll lead clinical training sessions, product demos, and partnership reviews to ensure safe and effective product use, while continuously developing your selling and product knowledge through field coaching and training.
- You’ll stay sharp on market trends, competitor activity, and purchasing protocols, using approved value based, budget impact models, marketing materials and CRM tools to track progress and opportunities.
- Whether it’s building business cases, driving new protocols supporting commercial wins, or identifying new leads, you’ll be influencing how care is delivered and helping improve post-operative patient outcomes, every single day.
What will you need to be successful?
- You’ll bring a strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.
- You’ll be confident navigating hospital environments, and comfortable engaging with clinical and procurement stakeholders.
- You’ll thrive if you:
- Have at least 2 years of proven sales experience in the medical devices sector
- Understand the challenges and opportunities within the NHS
- Have experience across hospital settings, ideally including theatres and procurement
- Are confident developing business plans, using budget impact models and presenting value based solutions
