Complex Wound Specialist – Smith & Nephew

Responsibilities

  • Lead as the clinical specialist within the Advanced Wound Management portfolio, collaborating closely with colleagues and community‑based customers.
  • Provide hands‑on clinical support, build relationships, and solve problems daily.
  • Guide decision‑makers, deliver high‑quality education, strengthen advocacy for our therapies, and ensure patients receive the right solutions at the right time.
  • Influence how products are used across your territory and help clinicians feel confident and supported.

Qualifications

  • Registered General Nurse or allied health professional with NHS clinical experience and an interest in wound care and NPWT.
  • Ability to deliver confident clinical education and build trust with a diverse range of community‑based healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage territory, relationships, and training programmes effectively.
  • Passion for continuous learning and for representing solutions that genuinely improve patient outcomes.
