As Senior Director, Site Lead for Hull & Melton, you will take full accountability for a complex, multi-functional operation and play a critical role within the Wound Global Operations Leadership team. You will define direction, drive transformation and ensure the site continues to deliver exceptional performance in a highly regulated and demanding environment.

- You will set and execute the long term strategic direction, aligning site priorities with the broader global supply strategy.
