Responsibilities
- Be the face of Smith+ Nephew in Reading, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire hospitals, championing our post-op therapy range across wards, theatres, clinics, and outpatient settings.
- Deliver hands-on training and technical support, ensuring high user competence and pathway adherence.
- Spot new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key clinical teams, and manage stock, usage and consignment assets.
- Collaborate across business units to maximise cross-portfolio sales, support fleet management, and keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor activity.
- Drive impact, reporting progress and ensuring customers receive first-class service at every touchpoint.
- Travel daily within the set geography, with up to 90% of your time spent in the field.
