What will you be doing?

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Smith+Nebhew in South Yorkshire and Nottingham hospitals, championing our post‑op therapy range across wards, theatres, clinics, and outpatient settings. You’ll deliver hands‑on training and technical support, ensuring high user competence and pathway adherence. You’ll spot new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key clinical teams, and manage stock, usage, and consignment assets. You’ll collaborate across business units to maximise cross‑portfolio sales, support fleet management, and keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor activity. Every day, you’ll drive impact, reporting progress and ensuring customers receive first‑class service at every touchpoint.

Please note this role requires the ability to travel daily within the set geography with up to 90% of your time spent in the field.
