We are currently looking for a Regional Demand Planner to support the Sports Medicine business across a European cluster. In this role, you will drive demand forecasting and planning activities, ensuring alignment between market demand, business objectives, and supply chain requirements. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver accurate forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and support product availability across the region.
This role requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, along with strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment.
What will you be doing?
- Lead monthly demand planning and forecasting processes for the Sports Medicine portfolio within a European cluster.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market trends, product performance, and business priorities.
- Use market intelligence and business insights to improve forecast quality and support decision-making.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, identify deviations from plan, and recommend corrective actions.
- Communicate demand risks and opportunities to regional and global stakeholders through Demand Review Meetings.
- Collaborate with supply planning teams to support inventory optimization, service levels, and supply continuity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of forecasting and planning processes.

- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and planning/ERP systems.
