As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping processes that make a real difference to patients worldwide. You’ll take ownership of projects that introduce new processes and technologies, ensuring they meet business targets and deliver real value. From specifying and installing new equipment to validating processes and handing over to production, you’ll be at the heart of innovation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and keep quality and compliance at the forefront of everything you do.
Success in this role means being proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering results. You’ll need:
- A degree in a STEM discipline and experience in project engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and risk assessment
- Knowledge of quality systems and process validation
