  • Ensuring Requirements Accuracy Across All 43 Countries: Validate and document all country‑specific requirements, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and fully reflected in Workday configuration and the new benefits platform.
  • Preparing Eligibility Rules & Plans for the New Benefits Platform: Build, refine, and validate eligibility rules, benefit plans, and enrolment logic to ensure they are fully ready, compliant, and scalable for deployment on the new global benefits platform.
  • Supporting the Global Benefits Platform: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support the broader benefits platform, ensuring smooth integrations, accurate data flows, and a cohesive end‑to‑end benefits experience.
  • Ensuring Compliance & Best Practice: Embed legal, regulatory, and market‑specific requirements into Workday Benefits configuration while applying global HR best‑practice standards and maintaining audit‑ready processes.

  • Championing Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement: Act as a strong advocate for end users, establishing mechanisms to gather feedback from employees, HR teams, and stakeholders, and using insights to drive continuous improvement across both Workday and the wider benefits platform.
  • Monitoring Service Performance: Help define standards, track performance metrics, and ensure the Workday Benefits service and connected benefits platform remain stable, efficient, and aligned with Lumiere’s transformation objectives.
