Based in Hull, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business while working collaboratively with leaders, managers and employees.

In this role, you will act as a trusted Occupational Health and Wellbeing partner to our UK businesses. Your days will be varied and impactful, from leading ill health case management and advising managers on complex health matters, to shaping proactive wellbeing initiatives that reduce absence and presenteeism. You will work closely with HR, HSE and site leadership to design risk based occupational health solutions, ensuring compliance while removing unnecessary barriers to productivity. Alongside this, you will deliver consultations, coordinate health screening programmes, manage first aid provision, develop and document occupational health related systems and contribute to projects that strengthen our occupational health strategy across the UK.

This is a hybrid role based out of Hull, with some irregular travel to our Watford and Godmanchester sites. You will also have some oversight of Occupational Health & Wellbeing practices across our EMEA region.

Success in this role comes from combining clinical expertise with strong stakeholder partnership and a practical, business focused mindset. To thrive, you will bring:

  • A foundation degree or higher in nursing, with current NMC registration and experience working within occupational health.
  • The confidence to lead ill health case management and provide clear, balanced advice to HR, managers and employees.
  • A proactive approach to wellbeing, with the ability to design and deliver initiatives that support mental health, reduce absence and improve engagement.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, enabling you to manage multiple cases, maintain accurate confidential records and influence across the business.

We believe in creating the greatest good for society. Our strongest investments are in our people and patients we serve.
