We are seeking a senior technology leader to drive our SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Transformation program.
Responsibilities Lead the global Plan-to-Inventory SAP S/4HANA solution, taking ownership across architecture, transformation and execution.
Define the future‑state vision and guide decisions that reduce complexity, streamline integrations, and ensure scalability, compliance and long‑term innovation.
Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to shape the global template, influence strategy, and steer business process transformation.
Challenge legacy practices, build compelling business cases for change and clearly articulate the benefits of SAP S/4HANA.
Build and lead a high‑performing team of architects, fostering accountability, ownership and innovation.
Qualifications Deep SAP S/4HANA expertise with demonstrated experience owning functional solution areas and driving enterprise‑wide transformation.
Proven leadership in building and managing teams, driving accountability and enabling high performance in global environments.
Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders (including VP level) and shape strategic decisions across complex organisations.
Track record of simplifying technology landscapes, reducing unnecessary integrations, and aligning systems to business outcomes.
Background in Med Tech, Life Sciences or other highly regulated industries (e. g., aerospace, advanced engineering) preferred.
Location UK, Poland or Germany.
